Meet Aviva Bannerman

I work from the belief that all people are doing the best they can with the tools that they have. I offer a gentle yet direct approach in which clients are invited to explore their thoughts, feelings and sensations, to dive deeply into their personal issues, and to uncover patterns that may no longer be serving them. I encourage my clients to get comfortable with the uncomfortable and to learn to not only accept, but also appreciate the more difficult parts of one’s self.
